Our Story

BEGINS IN 1992

1992

Welcome to Sumbal Chak

The land for Sumbal Chak farmhouse was bought in 1992.

2003

First farmhouse on Raiwind Road.

By 2003, the landscaping and the construction of the Sumbal Chak Farmhouse was completed.

2008

A family farmhouse.

Many events were held at Sumbal Chak but, initially only for close friends and family.

2021

Finest Event Venue in Lahore.

After a few successful functions, the word quickly spread and Sumbal Chak became a prime location for events.

We offer our beautiful venue, along with superb décor and catering services for all kinds of events such as weddings, birthdays, get-togethers, corporate retreats etc. Additionally, we also rent our beautiful venue for wedding and fashion shoots. Services such as event photography and coverage, dance choreography, live music (qawwal and singers), hand sketched portraits for the wedding couple and wedding card development can also be provided on request.

Attended a wedding in Nov 2022. Thoroughly impressed by the setup, food, decor and the detail with which staff makes sure everything is perfect.Some pros of this venue:1. Trimmed and well maintained grass2. Flower arrangement and food setup was top notch.3. Food had great flavor4. Team handled dengue concern really well with timely sprays.I have attended a lot of weddings in Lahore and Sumbal Chak definitely ranks as a top tier venue with personalized service.

Sumbal Chak is home to only the happiest memories. An idyllic farm surrounded by lush green. From birthdays to weddings and even intimate gatherings, Sumbal Chak has always given us exactly what we were looking for and has always hosted us kindly.It will always have a special and happy place in my heart.

Pakistani weddings are not just a simple ceremony but it is an extensive celebration with family and friends. Finding a perfect place for my brother's wedding was a dream that I had envisioned for a long time, with a fairytale feel, warm and at home. Sumbalchak was certainly a place I was able to work with a talented team Amile, Sarawan and Rehman. They made my dream come true for my brother wedding who is the centre of my life.The best part was Amile allowing me to make setups as I wished, and then the after walima jam session in the house was added star of the show. The afternoon walima just floated till late evening making it more dramatic and beautiful. Thank you Amile and Sumbalchak for this beautiful memory that you created for me

Sumbal Chak is a serene place for holding all kinds of events. I loved the tall old trees reminding me of the old Canal and Mall roads of Lahore. Also, I found the temperature to be much lower at the farm than the city because of the lush green grass and bamboo trees covering its boundary walls. The inside of the farm is also unique; the antique furniture looks very impressive. I am grateful to the management for giving us a warm welcome and excellent service. It was like coming home after a hard day's work. Keep it up Sumbal Chak Team. These two pics i took last month at Sumbal Chak.
